�The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that Gov. Ed Rendell (D) misused his line-item veto authority in 2005 to remove abortion counseling linguistic communication from a budget bill, the AP/Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Putin joins mourners at Solzhenitsyn coffin
MOSCOW () - Clutching a crowd of blood red roses, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin joined hundreds of elderly Russians on Tuesday egg laying flowers at the foot of Soviet dissident writer Alexander Solzhenitsyn's open coffin.
